Our Kalm community is accessible only to those who have purchased the Kalm kit. This is so that we can ensure a safe intentional space for members. This community is one that you can share experience of the Kalm tools and activity’s with. The power of having others witness your success and pain is what helps us heal and move forward. When we practice self-compassion and empathy for others through listening, observing, reflecting and participating we learn lessons for ourselves.
